For Referral Partners

Social workers, case managers, and agency representatives can submit client referrals for independent living placement. All referrals are reviewed for eligibility and program fit.

For Individuals

If you are seeking housing assistance, you may request consideration for our program. Please note that placement remains referral-based, and all requests are subject to eligibility review.
